Shipping Policy

All The Eco Kind's shipping orders within New Zealand, are sent via GoSweetSpot from our premises in North Canterbury. Please allow one working day for your order to be processed and ready for courier pick up. We always aim for an overnight delivery, however sometimes this is not possible. We recommend allowing up to 5 business days from our door to yours.

Free Shipping applies to all New Zealand orders over $80 NZD and all Australia orders over $150 AUD

Our current shipping rates:
New Zealand: $6.50 urban courier via GoSweetSpot
Australia: $15.00 AUD via NZ Post

For international shipping please email us at info@theecokind.com with the products you would like and we will send through an exact shipping estimate and arrange payment and shipping with you. We are working to set international shipping up through our website, in the meantime we will make it as stress free and easy as possible to arrange your order and have it shipped.
